Be picky and pay close attention to detail when reviewing resumes. A resume error is an easy red flag to spot when weeding out poor hires.

Doesn’t Ask Questions

Premium candidates will ask questions about their job duties, the company, and the manager. Any candidate who’d accept a job without asking questions is desperate and will take any job they can find.

Lacks Specific Examples

Candidates who fumble when referencing specific examples of relevant experience are waving a big red flag.

Overqualified
