Bryan Shockley President
Bryan is our fearless leader. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1987 and quickly made his mark on the business world. Eager to give entrepreneurship a try, Bryan and his wife, Amy, launched their own staffing firm in 1994. He provides the company with vision, direction and well…Focus. His support of the entire staff is legendary.
Bryan and Amy use their management skills on the home front as well; wrangling their family of six children. They are committed living a healthy lifestyle in mind, body and spirit, making time for Crossfit, outdoor family activities and involvement in their local church.

Beth Cain Support Manager
There are few hats that Beth has not worn at Focus. She started as a recruiter and was promoted to onsite manager, then corporate trainer, risk manager and support manager.
Beth is a Nashville native and a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has been with Focus for over 15 years.
As a wife and the mom of two boys, Beth can’t remember the last time she sat on the couch for longer than fifteen minutes.

Felicia Lingerfelt Corporate Recruiter
Unlike many recruiting professionals, Felicia did not dream of becoming a recruiter as a child. Rather than spending hours screening resumes from her stuffed animals, she spent her formative years on sports and athletics. Felicia graduated from Life University with a BS in exercise and health science and was introduced to HR and staffing through a family friend.
Her fitness background and medical training make her a great fit to work with medical staffing clients. She is involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Susan G. Komen, Atlanta Humane Society and National and International Healthcare Missions.
Her travel dreams include backpacking through Europe, sailing the Mediterranean and a safari trip in Africa.

Jon Eric Benson III Account Manager
Jon works hard in the office and at the gym. With his heavy sports background and experience working in sports at the college and pro level, there is no challenge too tough for him. He graduated from Valdosta State University and is a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Focus, he worked for a Fox affiliate as a sportscaster for two-and-a-half years.
Jon is an Atlanta native who enjoys participating in mud runs, filming, editing and writing. Jon is the oldest of six kids.

Lisa Stokes Recruiting Manager
Lisa laughs in the face of challenge and welcomes every new one. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lisa is the consummate professional, consistently exceeding expectations and racking up multiple performance awards.
She began her recruiting career as a VAR in the aerospace arena, where she quickly honed her HR and staffing skills, resolving staffing challenges across multiple industries.
Lisa was born and raised in Georgia, loves to travel, is a trivia whiz and an avid researcher.

Maria Limon Reporting & Quality Assurance Specialist
When she is not deftly handling the many tasks required to keep the Focus office humming, Maria loves getting out in nature or blowing off some steam kickboxing. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in science and early childhood education. She started with Focus on August 2001. She handles all front desk duties and provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
She grew up in South Texas and speaks both English and Spanish. Maria enjoys photography, traveling, watching UFC and learning about history. She likes to think outside the box both in and out of the office.

Terri Pavuk Market Manager
Stop by Terri’s desk to ask her what’s cooking and she’s likely to whip you up a tasty amuse bouche. She is famous for her baking and culinary skills and aspires to be the next Master Chef. She brings that same determination to her role as Focus’ Market manager.
Terri is an Atlanta native who grew up in the Decatur/Stone Mountain area. She started out as a Human Resources Specialist at Canada Dry. When they were purchased by Cadbury Schweppes and moved to Stamford, CT, Terri was not interested in going with them. She accepted a sales position with the staffing agency that supplied Canada Dry with temporaries, thinking it would do until she found an HR position.
It turned out to be the best move she ever made. She could relate to HR professionals since she had walked in their shoes. She could help not only with staffing but with any other business needs as well. She built many great relationships over the years and still works with some of the same HR professionals she has partnered with for almost 30 years.
She has been married for 30 years and has a 21 year old son who attends Kennesaw State University.

Dani Pasierb Account Manager
Dani dreams of a world full of puppies that never grow old, where people treat each other with kindness, as well as, a world with no traffic or iguanas.
She graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2011 and began a career as an assistant buyer. By 2015, she realized she wanted to work in a client-facing role where she could use her passion for sales. That’s when she joined Focus.
When she is not looking for new adventures, Dani loves working out and live music. She’s hoping to eventually turn her perfect penmanship into a side gig.

Dee Dee Whitmire CORPORATE RECRUITER
Dee Dee is the last person you would want to compete against in ‘80s music trivia. A self-proclaimed geek, she has a love of sci-fi and fantasy books and movies and never met a cat she didn’t like.
Prior to joining Focus in 2016, Dee Dee spent four years working in project management and over 18 years in office management and administration for companies in various industries including software, telecommunications, and marketing. In 2017, she earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credential from the American Staffing Association.
Dee Dee is a Georgia native who loves to bake and has tried practically every hair color under the sun. Her future endeavors include running more 5K races and meeting Keith Urban.

Amber Meredith CORPORATE RECRUITER
Amber is practically famous, if you count being an extra on a few episodes of Nashville and The Vampire Diaries. In our office, she is famous for her British accent and her impeccable spelling and grammar.
After receiving a B.A. in Public Relations from Auburn University in 2012, Amber spent four years in the sales and marketing consulting industry, where she held roles ranging from account manager, sales division manager, and director of HR and recruiting. She brings her passion for helping both clients and job seekers to her role as a Recruiter at Focus.
Amber is a native of southern Alabama. In her free time, you can find her spending time outside, preferably at a beach or on a boat, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, listening to live music, or enjoying a good margarita.

Melissa Rodriguez OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa joined Focus in 2016 as an office administrator. Her knack for planning and organization comes from running her own small business since the age of 15 as a choreographer and event planner for quinceaneras, parties and weddings. If she wasn’t busy enough already, she also works part-time as a certified pharmacy technician.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling to Mexico with her family, playing the violin, and watching any movie Johnny Depp is in. Her long-term goals include completing her degree in business management and continuing her passion for dance and event planning by growing her own business.
